I stopped by the quickie mart on the way to work this morning and picked up a...* 16 oz. *pumpkin spice cappauchino.** I figure it to be 5pts* do you think this is accurate or should I count it for more???*

I think that's accurate. A grande latte at Starbucks is 5, but if you use skim milk, it's only 3.
