Any W/W members ever have a problem eating all theier points for the day?** I have to say this is the first time this has ever been a problem for me because*in the past *I found *my self going over by 3-5 pts a day.*****
*
I'm wondering if this weight loss journey has finally sunk in and I just think about food differently or not as much...I hope thats the case as I'm feeling really good about this.**
*
Becky

It could be that you've learned to eat the proper kinds of foods or it could be that you've cut back on the volume of food that you eat enough that your stomach has shrunk.* And it could be a combination of both.* Either way, your body is adjusting to your new way of life.

Try to make sure you are getting in your dairy.* That can eat up 3-5 points.* I know on the WW board they have fits at you if you eat under points, but personally I think if you don't go under 20 (lowest points you can be assigned) that you are fine.*

Mindy, unfortunately that's not true.* You can cut back too much.* And if you do, your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose.* You have to keep your points up to level or within a couple or you won't be doing yourself any good.* I still 'bank' my points to an extent.* That seems to help.

Sorry Mindy...didn't mean that to sound so blunt.* But, I've had that very problem myself.* I thought that if I ate even less I'd lose the weight that much faster, but I didn't.* The loss stopped dead.* I landed on a plateau that didn't end til I upped my points back to where they are supposed to be.* What I do now is what's called the 'Wendie Plan'.* You eat the same number of points per week, but the daily totals are different where you have a day that they're fairly low, one that they're really high and the rest at different numbers.* Actually, all it does is add most of the flex points in on different days in different amounts.
Sounds kind of complicated, but the website spells it all out for you and once you get started on it, it's not bad.* I have mine set where my high point day is on Saturday cuz that's usually when we go out to eat, if we do.
