Just click the forums button at the top of every page.* Pick a category, any category.* Then click new thread at the top right corner of the window.* That's it.

Rebecca, if you look at the bottom right of your home page you will see a window that shows your recent posts.* There is a link there that says 'view my forum threads'.* Click on that.* At the top of that window it will show how many threads you have posted to.* The only thing that number doesn't reflect is how many times you have a multiple post for any one thread.* But it will give you a general idea.
