Very good article is so true, we always do that criticizes our self. My girlfriend is always doing that and alway saying that no matter what she does she still look the same and ugly until yesterday she realized that she had lost 29 pounds since may. I showed her pictures of her before she started loosing weight and now she notices how her face is changing and her body is slimming down little by little...I hope that a lot of us read this blog, it is very informative. Thank you very much.
