Unhappy Keep failing South Beach Ph.1, HELP!

I am a student that lives in a student house. I gotta prepare everything by myself. I would really love to be able to plan my breakfast, 2x snacks and lunch according to South Beach Diet that I am doing now but carrying those boxes at once with a bike is rather.. too much I guess (I have school at 08.45). So in the end, I keep eating brunch + dinner + late snack instead. SOmetimes I snack at school with something forbidden for Phase I then I feel the need to repeat Phase I again. Today we just had BBQ and there I went munching those high calorie meats. I keep falling and falling and I feel bad about it. Is there any suggestion to manage my South Beach? or to motivate me? or to make me feel better? HELP T____T

go to phase 2,phase 1 screws your bowels up and stresses you,been on phase two over a year lost 58 pounds.more choices and eat 3 meals and 3 snacks and you will do fine.

By the way, is drinking around 500 mL soy milk (with 3.4 g protein, 2.9 g carbs, and 1.7 g fat / 100 mL) everyday too much?
