Let's give our selves a hand!!!

Well I am knew here and couldn't believe that there were no post under support. I just wanted to wish everybody goodluck and congradulations because us joining this sight is a big step and I know if we all want the same thing which is to lose weight and feel good about ourselves then we have already acomplished something big! I think that the new friendships made here will make it so much easier for everyone to stay motivated and accomplish their goals. We all are going through alot of the same things emotionally!!
