can't say no to chocolate!

I keep trying to loose weight, i've been trying to eat healthy and exercise but i can't resist chocolate. and i don't just have a little bit if i start eating it i have to have it by the bucketloads, literally eat it until i feel sick. I seriously need help getting over it.
