i cant resist twinkies they taste soooo good. maybe i give up and not lose as much weight and enjoy my twinkies. cause its so hard to not eat them. sometime i fall asleep and in my dreams "they tell me to eat them cause they are so soft and fluffy and tasty" and then i wake up and eat them.
i will exercise alot like run 5 mile a day but still eat twinkies.

Hi Emma -

I am almost 30 years old. For ten years I struggled with body image issues. I learned, by studying the law of attraction, that my body image issues were caused by the way that I felt about myself. As I changed the way that I felt about myself and about the food that I was eating, my body stabilized. Now I am 125 pounds, I never diet and I don’t exercise either. I eat whatever I want and I am no longer afraid of food AND I no longer gain weight.

I’ve used the Law of Attraction to change many things in my life and now I have a business where I teach people to do the same through different stress reduction modalities. EFT which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques is a method that I use to help clients release their addiction to chocolate. If you go on youtube.com and put "EFT chocolate" in the search engine you will find a number of videos that will guide you to help you release your chocolate craving for good! Please also feel free to checkout my blog: mindbodybalancing.com. My business is located in New York but I also give remote sessions to people via my webcam. If you mention this site, I will give you half off your first session with me.

Best Regards,
Marisa

Uhm, ever tried not having twinkies around? Sweets are addictive, but usually it is relatively easy to break the addiction through abstinence from them for a week or two. It's great that you are running, but having twinkie every day throws your nutrition systematically, not to mention gives you a fill of various nasty chemicals used to make the commercial goodies last for years on the shelf.

I too am a chocolate addict. Seriously- it is like heroin to me.
I finally had to just quit chocolate altogether , and i've actually lost 10 pounds in three weeks making NO other adjustments to my diet!!!
You can imagine how much chocolate i was easting.
I used to smoke, but giving up cigs was EASY compared to giving up my chocolate.
But I've done it!!-& so can YOU.

Just SAY NO....and yes- I have chocolate dreams as well.

True, chocolate is hard to resist but a good diet is one that is not unilateral or extreme, it fits in our lifestyle perfectly, helps us to lose weight by reducing the losses. It's okay to eat chocolate after running some miles though but eating a bucket of chocolate is bad for health.. i think you should find something that can replace your cravings for chocolate. A hobby can help.

have you tried low fat chocolate mousse? It gives you the chocolately taste you're after without the guilty feeling you get when you've binged on the real thing!

I have this same problem. It is possible to eat chocolate and lose weight. Eample a dark chocolate snickers bar or midnight milky way is 230calories I will make room for this in a daily charts and I'll bring a bar with me but won't allow myself to eat it until I really really need it and only slowly like one bite at a time. This helps because I'm not depriving my body, I have soemthing to motivate and look forward to and my body doesnt freak out on me about it. Good luck

Have you tried Hersheys Bliss. If I think I need chocolate I have one piece of the creamy dark chocolate. Its about 34 calories a piece, its really good and one piece usually satisfies my sweet tooth. They r individually wrapped so it isn't so easy to be temped to grab second piece.

Hey,
I'm a BIIIGGG chocoholic, I used to eat a big bar two or three times a week. Ididn't eat it for a while at the beginning of this diet, instead I had low calorie hot chocolate drinks. BUT I couldn't live without the real thing. So instead of buying a big bar, I have a small, 200cal bar every other night. I know it's bad, but I save the calories for it, and it stops me from bingeing. Hope this helps
