Default Weight Loss History

Have you checked your Weight History on this site recently?* I just did today and learned that I have a weight spike every 4th week.* So, I know where I need to change things.* Check out yours!* Maybe you'll learn something about yourself to help you along your journey, too!

I tend to lose 2-4 very quickly and then just plateau for a very long time (a month or more).
Just one of those things I guess

Good to know. I also noticed that I weigh about 1-2 lbs less when I wake up. I get all excited, then check again as the day goes on and I'm back to where I was....I suppose I should stop checking so much.
