Re: letting go of binge eating
Hey guys! I haven't had much to say for a few days, just reading... no advice on the night eating, my biggest binge time is when I'm tired and can't go to bed, so when I'm actually in bed, I'm asleep withing 2-3 minutes...
I got down 3 of the 4 lbs I gained, so I'm starting the longest loser 3 @ 216, 215 was my last weight that I stayed in the LL2 with, then I went to 217 and 219... so I'm happy to be almost back there...
still eating the blueberries/yogurt/fiber one... only 2 more pints left out of the flat... maybe I'll switch to another fruit... I like the yogurt now, though, getting used to it, it doesn't seem so sour
well, back to work...
