They last a good while, makes you feel like you're having dessert, and they are only 60calories. I'm not a hard candy kind of girl so I don't binge on these. The tootsie pops have even helped me on vacation at the pool while I'm reading a book

Tatiana, your weight ticker still says down 15lbs so how can you say you're starting over?? What I'm trying to do now is thank God for every ounce I have lost, every stitch of clothes I can fit in, and all my other blessings. Focus on your blessings, and your blessings will increase. Focus on your problems, and your problems increase.

I hope everyone has a blessed day and can see the good that they do today.
Thanks! Another good idea, this helps!

Hey guys! I haven't had much to say for a few days, just reading... no advice on the night eating, my biggest binge time is when I'm tired and can't go to bed, so when I'm actually in bed, I'm asleep withing 2-3 minutes...

I got down 3 of the 4 lbs I gained, so I'm starting the longest loser 3 @ 216, 215 was my last weight that I stayed in the LL2 with, then I went to 217 and 219... so I'm happy to be almost back there...

still eating the blueberries/yogurt/fiber one... only 2 more pints left out of the flat... maybe I'll switch to another fruit... I like the yogurt now, though, getting used to it, it doesn't seem so sour

well, back to work...

Tina, good to hear from you. Blueberries are my drug of choice. LOL

I am glad to report that today is day two without a binge. I exercised with a trainer (mostly seating on a bench with the weights) and avoided walking.

Can you imagine that I have to congratulate myself with NOT walking?

I will probably start a personal challenge to bike at least 18 miles a day (on a recumbent bike in the basement).

Kama, thanks for a quote. Hope you are doing better with figuring out how much responsibility you can handle.

Good job!
Well as far as the responsibility, it is a slow process, I still try to do it all.

Girl you have got to give yourself a bit of a break sometime, or you will break. Do you take 5 minutes every so often in yur day JUST for you and your thoughts/ Sometimes, just 5 minutes relaxing and tuning the world out can make a huge difference to your day and stress levels.

I agree with Little Flower. You can't burn the candle from both sides Kama.

You just can't control and be responsible for things that are outside of your power...

I am aiming for a third day without a binge. Exercised on a bike, 45 minutes.

This morning had a workout with a trainer and even tried DDR. It was fun.

That's brilliant Tatiana!! Have you got a goal / reward system up and running? I find that's what's really helping tokeep me on track. I saw some gorgeous clothes in town today, but I'm not letting myself buy any more clothes until I'm 30 days without a binge!

And whats "DDR"?!

DDR is Wii game, Dance Dance Revolution. It requires a pad and you follow the moves on the TV screen. You have to be fast and coordinated and I am neither. But it's silly and funny.

No, no reward system, I don't work well with rewards.

Great for you to aiming for 30 days without a binge. It does make a difference to stop fluctuating between restrictive dieting and bingeing.
