I went walking at 4 too which I notice really helps keeping me from binging. Normally, if i don't walk at night, I have a very hard time resisting the urge to binge. So, it's all a matter of finding what works for me and fitting it into my schedule. Sometimes tho, a walk is not feasible in the dark no matter what!
Good job!

hehe, cool to be your guru... I've never been a good example to follow before, I'm usually the poster girl for what NOT to do! So very glad I'm inspiring you right now!

This site has been awesome for me, I learn a little bit more about myself almost everyday.
Me too

hello again. I posted a blog about my heart valves leaking and the upcoming cardiovascular tests I am getting w/in the next 2 weeks. I am just really stressed about a lot of things. This morning I awoke to find out our 17 year old pug urinated all over the $200 surge protector with all the plugs for the tv, cable, stereo, etc. It took me 2 hours to get the smell out. And I was already stressed about the dr appt.

Last February we had extension cords for the tv and she peed on them and it caught on fire. Luckily we have tile on the floor or our house woulda burned down as we were gone when it happened.

So, I can't find a solution to this problem. I put pee pee pads out and she won't use them but if I put rugs up, she uses those haha. She just urinated in the living room. It's frustrating!

Then I have a cat that won't stay in and I have a cranky neighbor who complains that my cat goes in his yard. Well, I can't keep this cat in but I try my hardest. Someone's always leaving the door open so he gets back out and he won't come in til he's ready. I just feel like taking both the cat and the dog to the pound so I don't have to keep dealing with all this stress! Everytime my neighbor sees me he is telling me about my cat bothering him. He's extreme, but still the guy has a right to his yard being cat free. My cat loves his yard for some reason.

Anyhow, now I am afraid to eat anything and I am thinking of how it's going to affect my heart. Now I know why when my grandma said, "If you have your health, today is a good day". When your health starts fading it sure sheds new light on things!

((((( Stacey))))))
My animals do nutsy stuff like that too.
My cat has suddenly not been using her litter box, I wonder if it is symptom that she is getting old?
You CAN eat, just make it as healthy as possible. You are in my prayers, ok?

Bananas are better than cookies! You may need potassium?

Stacey, that's pretty scary that most of your illnesses are self-inflicted due to poor lifestyle choices. But there is this tremendous HOPE that your body would respond 100% to weight loss and improvement in physical state. Gosh, you are your own greatest healer Stacey. Get to work girl. I am confident you can do that Stacey.

Tina, how is water retention? Are you feeling any better?

Debbie, you rock the world of moms with young children with your activity level. How is the eating going?

I overate some healthy stuff last night, nothing big, just too many nuts. Today is a better day.

I'm feeling a bit better, but I think I'm cranky from it being the time that I USUALLY would be PMS-y... I think the water is just my body over-reacting to my cycle being weird this month. But I was barely on the computer today, so I guess I'll be catching up tomorrow...

So... this is how my mind works.... was going to declare on this thread that I have been 2 weeks binge-free... as soon as I THOUGHT about binge-free.... I ended up bingeing that very night... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOUT? Am I a robot programmed to go off every time the binge thinking comes into play?

Of course, two pounds that I lost this week came back. No wonder there.

Hmmm, I wonder about the potassium, you could be right.

I agree, Stacey, you CAN change all this, YOU have the power.
