Hey all. I'm here. Has been rough, but not doing TOO bad with my eating. No real binges, but just some not so great choices.
Tatiana, please hang in there, you are so strong, I know you can rise above this and still find a way to do it.
Missed you all. Debbie, good to see you back!

Hello Everyone. I have been binging still. I did better by far today tho so I am feeling better that I am getting it under control again. I got to go for a nice walk tonight and used that time for thinking and I was thinking positive thoughts and I came back home in a wonderful mood.

TATIANA: Hey, Zina asked that I tell you hello from her. She and I are doing the Thanksgiving Walking Challenge and are both on the Busy Bees team. She told me that you were the original creator of the Thanksgiving Walking Challenge. Wow, i was impressed! Hope you are doing better with your sports injury!

Hi Kama, nice to see you on the forums! I can't imagine the stress you've been under. My best to you and your mom during this difficult transition.

Stacey... that's the ups and downs... glad you are using your walking time to think, give yourself time to clear your mind and relax.

So, I'm not doing too badly, I haven't made the best food choices variety wise, but am doing well volume wise... I can't even remember the last time I was uncomfortably stuffed. Now I can get uncomfortably full if I eat too fast, but I am recognizing the signs earlier and earlier, so even overfull is getting to be rare. I did my LL3 and ROCKSTAR! WI today, and am down 2.5, but I'm not going to freak about it this time, like I did 2 weeks ago, I'm ok, everything's ok, today is ok (yes, I'm trying to convince me, not you) and tomorrow will work itself out....

Hey guys... you know whats the worst thing about all this binging... how is messes with your metabolism. I got on the scale today, and I've maintained my weight from last week. Despite eating well (no pizza ) and I got to the gym 3 times this week. hmmmmmm..... a bit annoying.

Tina, I hear ya when it comes to the uncomfortably full feeling. I actually find myself thinking "stop.... you dont need anymore". Even when I binged last time, I didnt get to the "feeling sick" stage. And when I eat too fast, I find I feel really uncomfortable... like today at lunch, I was late leaving the office for my lunch, so had to wolf it down when I got home. Now that I'm back at work.... I'm not feeling comfortable!!

I am doing well with my binging today. I haven't so that's good! I relate too to what I used to eat to feel full as to now, I notice it's a lot less. Yesterday, my daughter and I ate Mexican. We haven't in a long time but I had a free combination coupon so we went. Well, it came with a cup of soup, a taco, a cheese enchilada and rice and beans. I ate the taco and enchilada, and the soup but could not no way eat the rice or beans. And I ate more than I normally do, cuz I woulda brought the taco home but I wanted to eat it hot so I just did it anyways. But, I used to eat all that and dessert too, and all the chips and ordered a 2nd order of chips too!!!! No wonder I have to work so hard to lose so much weight! I was a full time eating machine!
