Heya Tatiana - things are looking a good bit better at the moment. Started in college on Monday. Have 2 nights a week and then I'm expected to put in a load of extra reading... so that has me distracted these evenings. Mood wise... I'm mellow at the moment. I'm trying not to let myself slip, but it's hard when I'm so tired. Not sleeping too well these nights. But I havent binged since the weekend. And this weekend I'm staying with my boyfriend and also going to the library, so hopefully this weekend will be ok.

How are you after yesterday? Or the day before yesterday? Are you back on track? I read on a bulimia support site that it's enivitable that we will break at times and binge. It's a tough cycle to break. But if you can stop it and get back on track after one, and not continue it for a number of days, then you deserve a pat on the back. Hows the therapy going? How's your ankle feeling?

Hey Kama - how's your Dad? I may not have ben on here in a few days, but I was thinking about ye and hoping everythings ok.

Catrina - Are you still on track girlie?

Tine - caffinated hot coca eh? Didnt think they made such a thing. I love coffee. Especially when I'm hungry. Black coffee takes away the hunger feeling for a while and has very few calories per cup... perfect!!

right after work I went home and took a nap, lol, I was going to nap the 40 min my pork was to cook, but... nope, straight to bed, didn't have dinner until 8:30, and was still able to sleep last night Coffee this morning, although I did go to the store and pick up another cocoa, yesterday was my last cup... I don't have it often cuz of the 110 calories, but TOM, tired, and at work I decided to go the extra 110 yesterday.

Pretty proud that I didn't binge, I think eating very small meals helped, cuz once I start getting "full" then I'll just eat and eat cuz nothing really satisfies me, so I had just enough to keep me from being hungry, and that nixed that. I knew I couldn't handle being tired and full both and I couldn't help being tired, so... control what I can.

Seems like a rough spell for everyone lately, but it sounds like its coming around now. Hope everyone has a happy, healthy, bingefree day!

Glad things are better for you.
I'm hanging in there, but I broke down and binged yesterday, I fell hard. Dad is getting a feeding tube put in today.

Thanks, Kama, and don't worry about your binge... you'll be back on top of it in no time. I can't imagine how emotionally draining your situation is right now, and when you NEED comfort, your body will be driven to seek it by any means necessary.

My best goes out to you. Take care, girl! We're here.

Kama - one binge. We all fall down. Have you picked yourself up again? How're you doing today? I read your quick post that your Dad was awake and painless, which was good news. Take it easy girlie, and mind yourself.

Hey, thanks you all. Yes, I am doing better. I went out to eat with mom last nite after seeing dad. It was not good. So I decided to refocus and do this not only for me, but dad, too. He told me how proud he was of me before he got so sick.
I worked out today, and am doing good with my eating. And determined to keep it that way.

So tired today... my Aunt's smoke is really bothering my asthma, which had been pretty much non-existant since she quit in May. Everyday it get's worse, and not getting enough air is exhausting... I just want to much for that little burst of energy... I've been napping after work, going to bed early, and still having problems getting up.... I want to quit my job, but I feel obligated. Conflicted by my (new) desire to do what's best for MY health, and my promise to take care of my aunt until he's got enough years in with the state to retire, but..... grrrrr.....

Kama - take each day as it comes. Remember, your health is your wealth (a phase my dad always uses with me when I complain about stress!). Your Dad is where he needs to be. He is getting the best medical care he can get at this time. You need to have faith in that. Your Mom's symptoms seem to be under control at this time, so be thankful for that. So now turn your focus on to yourself while you can. Spend some quality time with Ted.... pamper yourself with whatever takes your fancy (a bath with loads of bubbles, a spa treatment, an evening in a café with a book)... whatever helps you to relax. You deserve that much girlie.
