Hey Tatiana.... I know how frustrating it is with a recurrent injury that just wont buzz off and let you get on with your life. I left a comment on your last blog with a few ideas to go to your physical therapist with. When you start your therapy, keep telling yourself that your tendonitis will be healed in 2 months time. Just keep really positive about it. If it's achilies tendonitis and your planning on cycling, make sure your saddle isnt up too high. You shouldnt be able to fully extend your knee when you push down on the peddels.

Keep your chin up girl. Get yourself into physical therapy as much as possible. Really work hard on your exercises and you'll see a huge difference. But please talk to your physical therapist about muscle imbalance, leg length discrepency, foot arch height and ask for a biomechanical assessment.... I used to find that all of these in some way contributed to recurrent tendonitis in my patients.

Tatiana... don't give in to this! It's just a feeling and it will PASS... you do NOT HAVE TO act on it!!!

I KNOW you can do this... you have the tools, water, gum, a nice bath, paint your nails, do your hair, call a friend, Blog...

Read back through some of your old posts... see what has worked for you in the past with similar feelings...

Glad you all like the info, I felt it applied. Well changing my break day to a day I workout, too. I think it will help curb the binging.

Tatiana, you have to fight thru this, you can do it, I know it! Maybe a bubble bath would help? (((((((((Tatiana))))))

So not really happy to log in and report. It was about 3000 calories and I am sick today.

Trying to figure out what to do about exercise and how to stop myself from walking.

Thank you girls for all your support. Next time I will come here and read everything again. No excuse, but my sister and nephew left at 4 AM and yesterday was just the craziest day overall.

I am eating well today. No more bingeing.

Well I think you are awesome for acknowledging it. I find that very cleansing, and helps me move on. Did you try the swimming yet? ((((Tatiana))))

Well, I'm up another 2 lbs, but I'm feeling way better, no binges, but I'm still eating more than I need (obviously). I've started the last 2 days out healthy, fresh blueberries in non-fat, sugar free, probiotic yogurt with fiber one cereal (the plain kind that looks like twigs) sprinkled on. Lots of water. So, I'm heading back in the right direction, I'm just a slow mover!
