So I definitely cut down on my binges this past weekend and I still haven't lost weight. That's so frustrating. I know the binge is more about the state of mind than the food, but it is very irritating to know that I could have eaten more and still been the same.. grrrr

Anyway, hope everyone else is doing better than my scale is and if anyone knows why it says I'm a non-existing user, please give me a heads up. When I click on myself from the forum, the same thing happens, but I swear, I'm here. haha
How is your workouts? Drinking your water? That will affect weight loss, too.
I would check with Dr Marc about your profile.

Rachel, if I click on Sen message then you exist, but otherwise it doesn't. Seems like the forum is so glitchy.

Was gone all weekend and didn't truly binge while away. Last two days were menacing though. My mindset is stuck in that binge place...UGH!!!!!!!!!

Haven't been on the last couple days, still tired from that tummy bug I got... I had a binge, but not on purpose so much... just overestimated how much my tummy would hold... could (should) have stopped, but I wasn't finished... as it is, I was eating what was left of my bf's banana split, and ended up havng to throw some out anyway... every breath in cause sharp shooting pains... OUCH... now I remember why I don't binge.... been doing well since then, till that memory fades... right now, I can still feel the pain when I think about it...

So for the past 2 days all I've wanted is pizza. I've tried everything to get rid of the craving, and nothings working. I'm determined not to order in, but the need for it is almost overpowering from about 7pm until bedtime. I'm even occupying my time with other stuff, but it's still on my mind.

I know that I'll enjoy the pizza while I'm eating it, but that I'll regret it soon after and feel horrible about myself.

Why wont these cravings just go away?!

Good job on not binging while you were gone, I have my worst time on Sundays, and today, I am wanting to, but so far haven't. I KNOW this is emotional

Pizza doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing.. you can have a small one with thin crust (some places make whole wheat) and ask them to make it light on the cheese and the sauce. One slice of that will not put you back

My problem is that I snow ball when I have a pizza. Even a small one with thin crust and only veggies and low fat cheese. If I had that last night, I know I'd be craving another one today at 3pm! But success!!! I didnt order pizza last night. Instead I had a low fat mozzerella ball, a tomatoe and 4 slices of ...dont know the name of the meat. Kinda tastes like peperoni but it's only an 8th of the calorie count.

I just have to take these cravings one day at a time. No more cheat days. I used to comfort eat with pizza.... guiltily eating it all by myself when I was alone in the house. Now, it's a treat. It's only a social thing. I cant eat it by myself because I'm trying to change my binging mindset.

One step at a time....... one meal at a time......... it's the only way.
