I too am with Debbie, I'm 16 weeks along! Definitely talk to your doc! That is first and foremost! Don't over-exert yourself, and if you don't feel good - don't push yourself to excercise. I have gone through absolutely horrible morning sickness, to the point I've losed almost 20 pounds since becoming pregnant... but my doc knows whats going on. I'm also diabetic, which really makes it challenging! I have yet to start excercising again like I was before, because I am still very prone to bouts of nausea.
Most important of all is to listen to your body. Deb's right, don't let your heartrate get too high as it can hurt the baby. Do some research online, try
baby furniture health fitness pregnancy at fitbaby.com to find out good zones for your heartrate.
Again, please check with your doc as well!
