hey i am 21 yrs old this last yr all my pants have become too tight

its frustrating cuz i am in school and am broke and cannot afford a gym membership

b4 this yr i worked out for 5 yrs

now i just dont have the money

in a few monthe si will be working and one of my first investments will be that gym membership but until then im trying to lose weight


ive tried to eat around 1700 cals a day


also i have tried to put my easting while watching tv to a hault



some times i achieve these goals and i love it !


its been 2 monthes and people say they have mnoticed differences


but days when i dont achieve my goals i just binge and eat for the sake of eating


i messed up 3 days ago so these past 3 days ive just given up


so i joined this site for support


so when i make mistakes maybe u guys can help me feel pay about ti and help me get back on track

just wanted 2 tell u that U can do it. I kinda know where ur coming from. just pick up the pieces n try again. I've tried diets after diets n etc n failed at each one. n yea I've been told that ppl can tell a difference than I start back 2 eating crappy n that lil improvement goes down the drain.
