angie how is the weather in canada, it was realy a good warm day here in ky,
today the first one we have had in a while

We have been a little chilly today.. I think about 20F It has been above 32F the last couple weeks, so lucky! Not far away we will be up to about 100F.. such a big change as we have been in the -F numbers!
It is getting better... will be out on the pavement and trails in no time!!!

I know this place can be a ghost town at times. I've been here since April 2007 and seen alot come and go. But what you will notice is the ones that truely stick it out. You will see them blog often and find them in the forums alot. Most tend to join weight loss challenge teams, which i"m a part of and can be very fun. You might want to consider. But don't give up on us few and faithful still here, LOL

Ohh I have no plans to abandon... I am making this site a huge part of my life.. sort of a "family responsibility" will form and I will always be here.. being accountable for me. I am so glad I have all these people in the same boat as me.. we all want to succeed... count on each other for that support others don't understand....
