I've been on Hydroxycut Max for about 2 months now. I've lost about 15 lbs but that's NOT with moderate exercise. Only with a STRICT healthy diet (low fat, low carb, and no sweets). I exercise about 2-3 days a week for only 30 minutes due to my hectic schedule and i'm grateful for even that. But I was wondering if anyone has lost significant weight (20lbs+) with diet pills? I want to get off of it and do it all natural, but im scared since i've never been able to lose weight with just diet and exercise on my own that i'll end up not losing the weight again. whats ur opinions?

try cutting back on carbs, and drinking you water

I've been on Hydroxycut before but had to stop it. I started to have chest pain with it because my heart was racing,it gave me the adrenaline though. I've been doing weight watchers and had lost about 3lbs in a week on it. I'm also taking One a Day weight management pills,it still gives me the energy I need. I'm just now starting to get back into doing excercises since my surgery a month ago. I wish you goodluck on your pills!!
