Hello!
One thing I hated about being overweight was that people used to talk to me about nutrition and exercise like I was an idiot!

I mean, I knew what to do but had other problems that prevented me just doing it! I used to constantly think to myself, 'what do they think I am stupid because I am overweight'? Just wondering if anyone else felt like this?
Additionally, I thought it would good if we explained two things each that we have learnt from our weight loss journeys or two things that have worked individually for us! That's if you all have time!
My top two things are:
1. Exercise both cardio and weights were essential for me to achieve my goal.
2. Stick to my calories and not binge eat. This strategy worked for me.....One of my biggest problems was binge eating. To solve this problem, I kept a journal with the aim of trying to figure myself out. Here’s what I did: wrote down when I felt like binge eating and what I felt like eating. I looked over this at a later date. When I have analysed myself and my actions I came to the realisation that I liked to eat greasy food when I was stressed, chocolate when I was grumpy and so forth. Now I replaced the habit with something else. For example, I drank water when I was stressed instead of reaching for the greasy food?
