i think having a blog is great!!* my suggestion to anyone that dont write in theirs is start.* it makes the day drift away, and makes you accountable for that day use it to vent your frusterations, keep track of your deit and exercise, or right down yoir hopes and dreams but just do it.* you can make it private so no one can read it or just your buddies.* Give it a shot!!

I love using the blog, and I love being able to keep up with how my buddies are doing by reading theirs. This site ahs a ton of useful stuff but it's not really easy for newcomers to see. I think they get a lot of people who join and immediately leave because all the action is "behind the scenes," know what I mean?
