Default Came Up With A List/Schedule

So I have this motivation problem....I'm a stay at home mom, and it's so easy for me to just sit around and do nothing or put things I need to do off until tomorrow (but they never get done)

So I made myself a checklist..that looks like the following, for myself to do every day....I know it'll be a struggle at first to do everything, but if I can do more and more on my list every day then I think I could get my body, family, and health in order.

(I have the days of the week across the top so I can check them off...)

Hygiene

Brush Teeth
Floss Teeth
Rinse Teeth
Wash Hair
Shave
Blow Dry Hair
Lotion
Wash Face Morning
Wash Face Night

Maddie

Wash Maddie
Lotion Maddie
Read For 10 Mins
Play For 15 Mins
Sing For 15 Mins
Cuddle For 30 Mins
Anything I'm missing? Any input?
