I've started this working out and dieting (lifestyle change) about 3 days ago. Only yesterday did I decide to even consider watching my calorie intake. Today I decided to put in everything I put in my face, in the food counter here on this site. It's not even 2 o'clock in the afternoon and I have consumed nearly 1,000 calories. 888 to be specific. Holy crap, I realize on the front page it said the net goal was to have a net of -250 to -750 calories a day. I didn't even eat dinner yet, or a snack cause I forsee myself getting hungry. I'm apauled at this,

I tried so hard to eat well.
