Post What is the best?

Just wanting some of your opinions.
Which is the best? I know we want to stay away from the word "diet" and instead use "lifestyle change" ...
Ok, so what is the best? low carb? high protein? weight watchers? Pyramid Plan? South Beach? ....
just wondering what you think .....
Please write back!

thanks..

there is something for everyone and there really isn't a 'best' one. any program that teaches you to eat in moderation and helps to establish a healthy approach to food in general is good. i'm a jenny craig fan, client and consultant and i find that program to be amazing and i stand behind it. if i didn't believe in it i wouldn't work there. however i know LOTS of people that are very big on weight watchers because it works for them. i tend to stay away from anything that says 'low' or 'high' as in low carb (you need mostly carbs as that's the biggest supplier of fuel for the body) and high protein, but again that's just a preference.

I agree, you have to find what works best for you.....what that is?? No clue~havent figured it out for myself yet..LOL Im thinking WW, I hear a lot of success stories all the time. However I have 0 budget for this so I have to figure out how to do this w/o actually joining and spending money. Over all my family and I eat pretty healthy....I just eat too much. Were working on it.
