Hi all,

This is a group for anyone who wants to join, but we started with the funny fact that we all had dogs or thought about getting them (LOL Dionne). Now, we are starting a Saturday weigh in, 3 days a week of hour walks with our furry friends, and any other goals you like.

The issue of night-time snacking plus accountability has come up within the group, too. This is just the start so any and all input and members are welcome! We're just trying to be healthier!

hey Debbie! Good job on actually starting this group! Like I said in the other forum, I'm all in. (Jack, my dog, says he's in, too. lol)

Oh yeah, and my roommate's dog Lilly wants to be in on this, too. Unfortunately I can't handle both dogs at once. Think I should try to get my roommate involved in this, too?

The darker one on the right is my Hannah. The one on the left is my mom's dog Chaquita. They pretty much grew up together so they are like sisters.

So Saturday is weigh in day around here. We are working towards 10lbs off by Jan 20th. That was 10lbs as of last week.

Did a 40 min dog walk yesterday as too cold to stay out longer and then 2 little ones last night in the deep snow! Poor guy just wanted to poop...

How's the night time snacking going?
