It's day two for me since the breakup, and I'm trying to be better... I even went to church this morning. I think that helped. Now I'm trying to concentrate on other things, besides him, besides food, and it's hard not to go to the vices!!

I definitely fit into this category. I have 3 Great Danes that are the loves of my life. This is day 1 for me. I plan on walking at least one of these guys today.

okay, so Dog walk Sunday 60 min.

How are we all doing here? Dog walks Sun, Mon, THurs still working or what's the best schedule? We got out everyday, but I'm trying to make a point of long walks on those days...

I really want to try and walk at least 30 minutes everyday, if my dang foot allows it. Have a great day everybody!

ever try taping your foot? i took this sports therapy class once and they did all sorts of cool taping for that... i just got some new inserts for my shoes, too!

I was actually able to walk with my ortho shoes this morning. So as long as I wear them its tolerable.
