Create Accountability

We all need this support group with BuddySlim!* We are creating accountability by stating what we weigh.* Being in this group we meet others who are working on the same problems and we have the opportunity to share our victories and our struggles.* Ultimately, we should work on our weight problem ourselves, but we can use the resources of this group for mutual support and accountability.* So, what are you waiting for to get you going?* I have made a copy of The BuddySlim Handbook and I will start reading it for support.* Have any of you made a copy of it and used it for support?
