I am new to Buddy Slim.
In need of friends and support.
I have tried so many different diets and failed at them all.
I get no support at home.
I have found out that my health now is at risk
I don,t know what to do, where to start , and where to turn.

Weight loss is really hard! Don't get down on yourself. Begin with small steps and be consistent.

Most diets don't work for anyone, so it isn't just you!

I think positive change will start when you start making positive changes to the way you view yourself and your challenges.
