I've heard it said a couple times that after the first 3 bites of something you don't really even taste the food any more, you are just eating. So I tried it, I'd bought cookies for an event and gave the kids each one, had just enough that made about 2 bites and I was completely satisfied. Now keep in mind don't use up the three bites by taking huge ones

Maybe it worked for me or maybe its all in my head. I really want to be good so I think it worked. The cookie was actually really sweet tasting to me and the 2 bites seemed fine. Try it, it might work for you
