Question Dropping Soda

Hi all! I am trying to cut down on my diet soda intake and was wondering if any of you know of any good alternatives with some taste! I can't do water 24/7, but I don't want to drink juice/milk all the time because of all the calories. Thanks!

Brandi

Hey Brandi - I can't do water either!! I also try to watch my intake of diet soda because I love it so much it is so hard. But I have found that the crystal light singles are great. You can mix it with a glass of water or a water bottle. I love the rasberry lemonade it is my absolute favorite. Now after a few months I have found I will go to this first instead of diet coke. WOW!!
Good Luck!!

Crystal light in general was going to be my suggestion. I've never been a soda drinker but I do love my iced tea. They have different flavor iced teas and lemonades and if you're doing WW a glass is 0 points! (plus I hear it counts as one of your glasses of water for the day)

I drink water with a slice of lemon in, freeze over night tends to last most the day. Also been drinking this stuff called Zippfizz, it's pretty much nothing but vitamins and it seriously does make me feel good. Can get it in a box at like costco for about 30$ give or take. Gotta take a drink of water first though, stuff will fizz for a moment and explode on ya if your not careful... learned that the hard way..But it is really good stuff. I think they even make liquid ones now that you pour into your water instead of powder.

Hi Brandi,

I have a bad addiction to diet soda so I know what you're going through. I have been drinking Diet Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng. It tastes really good and IT HAS NO SODIUM!! You can buy it in a gallon jug, or get the little cups and make a pitcher (cheaper that way)

Hope this helps!
