Hi

I'm new here and I need help on snacks that are tasty but that are low in fat. I am at 1400 calories a day and I feel like I am eating too much, when I know I really am not. My biggest issues are that I travel in the car ll the time for work and when I am working it is a 10+ hour day at the computer. So........... I work real hard 4 days and then I crash for one day. I also have a real bad habit of not eating breakfast. I have started doing a Usana Shake in the morning to at least get me in the swing of things to open my mind up for breakfast.
Today is my first day of my eating habit changes for life. I do not like to say I am on a diet, because i do not want to go off of it. I want to be able to change my eating habits to healthy habits (No more drive thru) and stick to it and enjoy it.
I have been on diets in the past and lost the weight but as soon as I go off of them I gain the weight back and then some extra lbs on top of it.
So.......anyone out there have any suggestions as to how to get my metabolism up and good snacks?
