this. the site. yeah. here since sunday. I got advice on another site where I can imput my intake and record my excerises, it helps me keep order. and I just started. good luck everyone. i hope that what ya meant. cause I read the other days the some were talking a chatroom.

Well, there was another thread where a lot of people were pushing for a "Chat room" - as an addition to this website - so that you could talk (via msgs) to other people in real-time without having to check your inbox, click a bunch of links, ...etc. Plus you could participate in a live group discussion instead of reading blogs & replying...etc
Some people love the idea - others not so much.
The biggest benefit is that you can log and chat with people during those 1 or 2 times during the day where you're about the hit the speed dial for Dominoe's. Instead you log on & msg back & forth with other people & hopefully you get 'inspired' .

maybe there are aol members who could im each other while there is a solution to finding a chat room. does this makes sense? . hope to hear alot of sucess stories. you give me strengh to over come my demons. good luck.
