Unhappy In the Homestretch...and can't budge

Anyone else have a little to lose and stuck? I feel like I've tried everything. I know my body wants to stay here, but I want to fight for more. I'm just not winning.
I know the right things to do, but if you know any magic tricks I'd love to hear! I'm also looking for some support and motivation....and please share or vent if you feel like me!
Its nice to not feel alone. But at the same time...I wish you success!

You are almost there! How frustrated you must feel. Well, when I get stuck this usually works for me. I can't say if it will work for you but it does me. Take a small break. Just maintain the weight you are at now for 2 or 3 days but don't workout. Then, shock your body by working out all over again. This has worked for me a couple of times. If you don't like that plan, then up the intensity at which you are working out. Walk a little faster if you are walking. Or start jogging if you haven't already. That one in my opinion will do the trick! Good luck. And when you do lose it, I would be interested to know how you did it. It's always good to hear new things.

Have you been doing the same thing for months? If you have, change it. If you've been on a low cal diet, alternate higher calorie days with lower cal days and shoot for a weekly total. If you've been doing the same workout, do something else. Your body gets used to what you do, and every trainer I have ever had has told me you have to switch up every 6 weeks to get maximum benefit.

Hang in there. You'll get there!
