Newbie here..........
Hi there everyone.
My name is Jen and I just found this site today. I love that it has the forum and blog on one site....that will definately help me!
I have been doing WW for quite some time but now this time around it is just not cutting it for me. I restarted on January 1st and am down 11 pounds since then. I know 11 pounds is 11 pounds, but I am just frustrated so I decided I needed a change of pace. So my change of pace is to just eat as healthy as can be while keeping an eye on my calories and see if that doesn't help things. For those that have done WW, you know how you can stay within your points but still eat junk, and that was a big problem for me. I guess you can say I am doing Core almost at this point.....I just don't want to give a tag to anything anymore right now, ya know?
I love to workout....but that can be hard sometimes with the kids. I have 2 that live with us full time and my fiance's 3 are with us ALOT as well. I have a ton of The Firm video's and am trying to get back into the swing of things with that. For me, it's like if one part of my program falls out of whack, then the rest of it goes to the wayside as well.
I look forward to getting to know you and using this website often as a tool!
