Default On the road again...

Hi All! I travel extensively with my job and am on the road again this afternoon. I am staying at an Embassy Suites so I know what I can get for breakfast, but need suggestions for snacking in the evening and for dinner (no Applebees, but there is an Outback, Bennigans, Chili's, and Tidewater). I'll be gone for two nights and three days, and am on Weight Watchers.
Thanks!

..

Go to this website: Calorie Counter Database - Free Online Diet Program
There are links there where you can look up the nutritional values of most foods and restaurants. That should help you.
We travel a lot, too, so losing has been a struggle for me, but if I can do it, so can you!

For snacking I like to bring with me various different 100 calorie snack packages. I don\'t know if you\'re familiar with them, but they come in all different kinds of forms. From cookies, granola bars, chips....so many different things really. I love apples or pickles to snack on too. Good luck!
