There is no way to know if you\'re the heaviest on here because a lot of people don\'t post their weight, so don\'t let that depress or embarass you.
I would suggest that right now concentrate on cutting calories and losing some of the weight before trying any exercise. You can lose weight without exercise.
If you do want to get in more exercise, how about rolling yourself around as much as possible (unless yours is one of those power chairs). If you are in a powerchair, maybe you can get a manual to use. That will work your arms and shoulders. I was in a wheelchair for a while, so I do know you can get a bit of an upper body workout wheeling yourself around.

Can you walk for short distances? Down the hall or something with a cane or a walker??? Walking is the absolute best exercise, its free, and any little bit could help...
I noticed on your other post tat you said you reside in a nursing home...Is there an on staff physical therapist taht could help you or suggest exercises??
How about a swimming pool??? Is that available to you at all????? Thats very easy on the joints...
Just some thoughts...

You know, it may sound stupid, but even squeezing your muscles consciously is exercise, even if you\'re not moving around. For example, breathe our, squeeze your tummy muscles real hard, as much as you can, and hold them like that as long as you can hold your breath, then release, and repeat. You can do that with any muscle. And you can exercise your arms - take a full large bottle of soda in each arm and lift/lower them veeery slowly. It\'ll work. Things like that can make a lot of difference...
