RE: i need help
This probably might not help but I figured I\'d share anyway. I actually quit cold turkey. First, I didn\'t have a choice because I was pregnant and even the smell made me sick while I was pregnant. I got divorced and had to move in with my parents. My dad\'s a preacher, so yeah. I had my 2nd daughter back in October and I\'ve been living with my parents for about 8 months now. November and December I still had nicotine cravings but by January, they started to fade. As far as gaining weight, keep some sugarless gum around. It helps a lot. The weight gaining comes from frustration, stress and almost constantly wanting to have something in your mouth. Also takes a lot of will power. I like Icebreakers Ice Cubes. The dragonfruit freeze flavor is the best. It\'s sugar free and the flavor lasts little longer than most chewing gum and it doesn\'t get stale as quick. You\'ll probably want to buy a lot. Also, have some healthy snacks around, already made and ready to eat (preferably veggies like carrots, celery, etc.). That helps a lot too. If your kids frustrate you, stand still, close your eyes and breathe for a little bit. Always have something for headaches handy, like aleve or whatever works for you [IMG]
