There are some really great exercise tapes/dvds out there....in the past I\'ve used Tae Bo, and also my newest is Carmen Electra\'s \"Fit to Strip\" - it sounds so corny, I know, but it\'s a greath strengthening workout. Find some aerobic ones for cardio and some others for strengthening. A great way to try them out is sign up for Netflix (if you don\'t already have an account), rent them that way to see which you like, and then buy the ones you like best! Good luck!

If you have younger kids, I got a few websites with exercises you can do with them! Then not only do you get to work out, you get free (well ok I am not sure how free they really are) weights, bonding time with your kids, and a chance for them to have fun and possibly work off their extra energy! I know my 2 yo loves it and she doesn\'t even know I am using her as my weights! lol

I have a lot of exercise tapes(from when I lost weight before) .. They are fun and all but they can get really boring. Two things that I love to do now is DDR(dance dance revolution) and Kinetic. Both I have to use on my PS2 though. It is so much fun and when I am doing squats or kicks with the Kinetic workout game(it has an eyetoy-a webcam) my daughter gets in there and does the squats and kicks with me. She thinks it is the coolest thing in the world. She\'s 14 1/2 months old. DDR I have to do whenever she is napping because she tries to get on the dance pad with me and I have to constantly watch for her so that I don\'t kick her or step on her hands or feet.

Other than that there are several exersize tapes you can get. I love my salsa one, the taebo can be fun, and the pilates really leave you feeling good, it\'s a very good workout.
