Okay...this is not such a great post...but... I need some advice. I am having some problems going potty if you know what I mean. I eat pretty high in fiber and drink plenty of water so I don't understand. These past two months have been difficult for me. I am uncomfortable and at this very moment am very bloated. I get some relief once and a while but it's definitely not enough. Any advice???????????

I drink what is called Balerina Slim Tea. It\'s 100% natural. It doesn\'t really do anything to help you lose weight, but it does help keep you cleaned out. Just don\'t drink more than a cup a day. And the first couple of days you may have bad cramps before you go, but that quits. The only place I\'ve found the tea is in Oriental grocery stores.

After the birth of my 2nd child, I had those problems. My doctor told me to take milk of magnesum (sp?) boy did that work, and fast. Just be sure you aren\'t far away from home, if you know what I mean!! LOL

You know I had the same problem because of my meds and my doctor perscrible so pills that help you go. Maybe you can ask your doctor.
