Everyone should post here when they reach their mid point...And we should post pictures too...

Surely SOMEONE out there has been successful???

I think YOU'RE a success story, Dawnie!! Ms. "I lost 51 LBS and keep on losing"...actually, I think we're ALL success stories! We're living proof that BuddySlim works! Every pound we lose together proves it!!

I feel honored you brought up my name Mary but compared to the other buddies here, I don't feel like a success story.* I decided to take action after a 10 lb weight gain and now that I'm a pound from the lowest weight I have been my entire life, I feel GREAT and okay, okay, yes.....successful.* The road I'm treading now is all new to me.* I've always dreamed of doing it but never had the support to stick with it.* Now, being HERE I'm working toward my dream.*

I especially love hearing stories of people who have lost a ton of weight because there are people out there who are very overweight and think it can't be done, I don't care how big you are I believe it can be done if you want it badly enough.* I've lost 9 lbs. in 3 weeks.* I know that is kinda fast but it's because I've been working my butt off because I want it so badly and I know I am going to keep it off because I have a different thinking and changed my life so much since starting this.* Keep the stories coming guys - it's good to hear them.*

Here's a success story my mom will be 52 Nov. 27 and it has been 2 years she has kept the weight off she has lost. It took her 1 year to get down to 145 and she has held that weight for 2 years. She made a decision to lose it and she did she joined curves, worked out 6 days a week. She looks great does not have to take blood pressure meds anymore she is a bill of health. Now she enjoys pilates and works out on the elipitcal at her gym.
Now I wish I could follow in her footsteps and lose my weight
