Default Lost 76 pounds...24 to go....

Hey there!
My name is Dawn, and I am 43 years old. I have been on a long journey to get healthy. 4 years it has taken me to lose 76 pounds...through a surprise pregnancy, subsequent miscarriage, and a year of my hormones taking me through anxiety and depression - I have learned to stick with it!! Not everyone will lose quickly - and that is OK! You are learning new habits and a new lifestyle! I have been working out for 4 years now and have learned how to eat naturally and healthy.. and am a new person! I have so much more energy, can work outside without feeling like I am having a heart attack..Can enjoy clothes shopping - although I am still a bit hard on myself..cuz I see the 24 pounds I have left to lose.
While on this journey, I decided to make it a lifestyle in all ways. I got my certification to be a Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Consultant! If I am going to get healthy, what could be better than helping other tough cases like myself get healthy too? NEVER GIVE UP!! KEEP on the Journey and it WILL happen!

Wow! You are doing amazing Dawn! How do you plan to get the last 24 pounds off? I remember the last few were the toughest last time I did this. Which diet plan did you use to lose 76 pounds so far?

Hey there!
I will get it off, by keeping on keeping on! I have found the best way to lose weight is to eliminate all food allergens from my diet, and eat as close to nature as I can...I only eat REAL food...and I keep working out! My body responds better to this than it does to counting calories/points. I am a tough loser, so would encourage any other tough losers out there to consider this as an option - sometimes our bodies just don't like the KIND of food we are putting in it, so in order to lose weight, we need to eliminate those things that are irritating it, so that it can do it's job to rid the fat!
