The new me....without surgery

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I always tend to forget about this forum so sorry I havent responded before now. Things are still going good since I wrote that post. As of today I have lost a total of 83 lbs! I have even decided to change my goal. My first goal was to reach 250 lbs.....but that is now just around the corner. So I have decided to change that goal to 230. My supposed healthy weight is around 190. I hate to say it, but I doubt I will ever weight that considering how my body is built....but hey ya just never know.

I am really working and training hard this year because I have decided on a career change. This is a HUGE step in my life. I wont go into details as of yet, but its definately a career you must be in shape for. So wish me luck as I continue to travel this road and work towards it. And best of luck to all of you as well.
