Default Was "255 "Now "169" Goal "150"

Well where to start I am a mom of 4 ,married and have one busy life.My youngest is 22 months Hayden then Dalls is 6 Savannah 8 Nia 9 and all b-days in April,May..I have been always chubby,fat,overweight,obesed!As a teen around 18 is where I started to hit above "200"and pretty much uphill from there.Well finally after my 4th child april 2006 I saw 268 a week before I had him and after all said and done I hit 255 and stopped so I decided to count calories and stick with the strict 1,200 and walk 2-5 miles a day 5-6 days a week,well the weight started melting with my 1st week a -8 lb loss then 2nd -6 this really kept me going,well by October I finally reached under 200...198 to be exact,well up until a month and a 1/2 ago my weight sort of bounced around from 178-190 and stayed that way for 15 months,do to have alot of cheat days,I used to reward myself once every 2 weeks with an out to eat meal and desert well it started as 1 day and would go to a week so I would gain 5-7 lbs that fast and would see 189-190 and hop back on again.

Well this time I finally sw 169 today an all new LOW for me since high school and I am planning on hitting 165 before I decide to go out to eat so if I gain 1-2 lbs it won't push me into those 170's again! Ok here is a before and current pic!
goodluck everyone...with motivation dedication it can be done...
