I started trying to lose weight back in the summer of 2004. I had just discovered the southbeach diet. I lost 20 lbs and was still trying to lose more and then I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd and last child. So, gained back the 20 plus alot more.

Had my son and then went back to Southbeach about a month after he was born. (Aug. 2005) I went from 188 to 165. I stayed the same for a long time or I would go up and down alot.

February 2007, I was still going up and down and not really putting my all into weightloss. Still at 165 and fed up. I found buddyslim and that is when I found the support, encourgement, and the "PUSH" I needed to reach my goals. I joined in a brand new weightloss challenge that had just started and here I am now at my goal! 138 lbs!

I am a success story! I never thought I would say that but I am! I am so happy that I stuck with it and finally lost the weight!

Next step? Hmmmm.....To maintain at least and maybe lose a few more.
