When we are in the stages of losing weight its really hard to see a difference right away. Thats why pictures are important

I went to europe for 3 months and was at my lowest weight. 168. And looking bad I looked really unhealthy, very boney, and flabby (I wasnt working out, just not eating well...was always on the road). And back then I still was unhappy. When I got back I started kickboxing and getting really toned. I went back to 175 and still wasnt fully happy because I was no longer 168. Now I went up to 190 working in an office and being a little less active than before...and I MISS being 178. I look back on pictures and man I looked great. It fits my bone structure well. However right now my goal is to be 185....and I have been toning up like mad and LOOK the way I did when I was 178! Its all so very weird and confusing on me....
So in the end I just take it day by day and just try to be happy the way I am...oh and I also stopped weighing myself weekly...I weigh myself monthly now.
