Since i began this journey, this lifestyle change which includes watching what i eat and exercise********* (about 2 months ago), ive noticed some positive changes... i havent lost nearly as much weight as i want to, in fact, ive lost very little to date....*however there are other perks i am enjoying .....
1.* i suffer from migraines, i used to get them every two weeks or so...*i have NOT HAD ONE since i started..

you have no idea how great this is.
2.* i have more energy... im more talkative, i last longer thru the day...and my interests have grown to more than just watching tv... i crave nice walks and the outdoors more.
3. my mood has changed... i am in a good mood more and more often... im happy, smiling, and peppy!
4.* when i look in the mirror, although i dont like what i see YET,... im not disgusted with myself, i know im a work in progress... im not so hard on myself anymore...
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE CHANGES YOU GUYS HAVE NOTICED IN YOURSELF?
