That one song that just gets you going, and makes you want to kick up your heels and bust a move!!
Currently, mine is "I just wanna live" by Good Charlotte. Its new to my world, and the second I heard it, I was like man, thats my new song!!!! I listened to it like 30 times this morning on my way to work...(I may have forgotten to mention to you all that*I am a bit Obsessive compulsive!) *
Anyway, the beat is awesome and the words are pretty good too...

Golly gee, Dawn.* I don't have a favorite work-out song cuz I'm not really able to work out yet!!** But I do have a couple of favorite 'mellow-out' songs.* "Believe" by Brooks & Dunn and "Amazed" by Lonestar ('Amazed"*was our wedding march!!!).* Mellow-out songs should count as stress relief!!!
