Default I'm tired...

I'm tired, it's sooo hot, and though the number on the scale isn't climbing, I feel like I weigh a ton!* I guess it doesn't help that I'm feeling stressed about upcoming transitions in my work/home life and extra responsibilities that I'm taking on... oh, and that it's almost "that" time of the month...
My*self-confidence level is really low and I'm finding myself stuck in the rut, wanting desperately to get out, but [whipping out the old, worn violin]... I'm tired, it's sooo hot, though the number on the scale isn't climbing, I feel like I weigh a ton!

Heat can do that to you.* Just be sure to drink plenty of water.* That will help alot.

ugh, yeah I hear you! I'm in NC and the humidity is KILLING me. I hate it! I've been doing my walking early in the morning or really late in the evening when it's not quite as bad. But yeah, I totally agree... just be sure to drink plenty of water. It definitely helps!

I felt the same last week, all week!! All I can say is drink plenty of water and do exercise, run errands in the am or eve. Hang in there- I feel soo mach better this week. ~Mindy =)
