It's advised that you weigh yourself at the same time every time.* First thing in the a.m. prior to liquids/food and after using the bathroom(if necessary)!!!

In addition to weiging in the morning, I've heard it's best to also weigh in on the same day of the week.

I have always been told to weigh in the a.m.* Which makes sense to me.* I guess it's because you haven't taken in anything that would give you a false weight.

They tell me to weigh first thing in the morning and my Mom has a nurse that calls 3 times a*week because she has congestive heart failure and they track her weight to make sure she is not retaining fluids, the nurse has told her to weigh every morning after her potty trip
